1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the generative-AI creative editing platform “Adbrand”, including its SaaS, APIs, and related applications operated by Skunc Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Term	Meaning
User	Any individual or legal entity that uses the Service
Account	The credentials and profile created by a User
User Content	Text, images, brand assets, prompts, videos, or other material uploaded, generated, or transmitted via the Service
External AI Service	Third-party generative-AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, image/video generation APIs) integrated by the Company

3. Eligibility

You must (i) be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and (ii) not be designated under any sanctions or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws.

4. Account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and Account access.
We may suspend or delete Accounts that violate these Terms or contain fraudulent information.

5. Fees & Payment

Subscription plans, prices, and billing cycles are specified on our website.
All fees are payable in advance and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the Account dashboard at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
